Default Thinking of Changing Internet Providers

We are currently with orange paying £17.99 per month but the connection has goten pretty bad lately, we're out of contract and can switch to another provider

Was just wondering who you guys are using, how much you paying and if the service is any good?

I am with aol and pay 11.99 a month and I run a desktop and a wireless laptop. They supplied the Wireless routher which is a Netgear one. I have been with them for years and the Tech team are superb and can cure any niggle. Car phone Warehouse are doing a deal with a free Laptop and Router at the moment through AOL

    Downstream
    15706 kbps

    Upstream
    1325 kbps

    £10 a month

Was with BT ............ £24 a month and a connection of up to 8meg Never in the history of being with BT did I ever achieve that. BT exchange is less than 200 meters from my house as the crow flies

I'm with aol at the mo, I'm not out of my contract period and am looking for a new provider.

I can honestly say AOL is rubbish, the so called tech team are useless. The connection speeds slow down to a snails pace after 5pm until midnight and lastly I don't get decent connection speeds.

Just my opinion but I would steer well clear of AOL.

I'm with Zen Internet. Not the cheapest but the connection is rock solid and the tech people, the very few times I've needed to contact them, are absolutely top notch. i.e. they are techs, not just people reading from a support system screen. They consistently come in the top five, and often top, of numerous polls/reviews/awards.

After being with them with ADSL for a number of years now, I moved all my site domains (as in my business), e-mail and hosting over to them as I'd been so pleased with their service and Customer Support.

I'm with talk talk. Never had a problem with it around £21 this includes all calls, line rental and broadband.
Think that they have an offer on just now as well.
