Intercooler

Anybody upgraded their intercooler? Does anybody know if this will fit in the 1.9 CDTI?

dont do it it will give you nothing

think about it you have the same one as the vxr vectra and thats a 2.8 v6 but if you do thing right it does look good


and if you do go for that one your going to get a hugh flat spot as the turbo trys to spool up

Just trying to think of other ways to give it a little extra umph... What else could i look into (besides Remap cos that's already on my list)?

it has to be the remap to get the power

if parsco got a remap and some big boost on the go then the cooler would be fine i should imagen....or is it diffrent with diesels?

it dosnt matter how much boost you may get the standard intercooler will be more than up for the job

Has anybody here fitted a dump valve on their diesel then? Any comments about it? Apparently it helps "protect" your turbo.
