Spelling "apologize" with a Z instead of S is a bit of a giveaway; (3rd line from the bottom).

I get emails constantly from ABBEY, NATIONWIDE, LLOYDS, HSBC AND NATWEST.... im not kidding there is literally 2 or 3 a day minimum in my junk box!!

I think i made some scam list somewhere.

Be careful what you click on in the email (even if you just want to see where the link takes you) I've heard about Java appa getting installed to feedback passwords to scammers.

These were all over the net 5-6 yrs ago, I knew it was a wrongun when a bank I've never had dealings with asked me to confirm details, spamfilter keeps most of it out now.

Craig, ask Duncan to remove the picture, it does have personal info on it, best be safe mate.

spoons. lol yeah you do, but i fail to see anything malicious comining from it.. lol, email is registered here anyway bank well there is only a few to choose from lol and if you can take money from it youve got better luck than me i cant even get money out hahaha, and desktop av, well know your selfs out its a works laptop hahaha.
