That sounds good and should make a load of difference to the motor.
Ian at MPG has remapped, turboed intercooler etc his and he says he gets 350bhp plus. Thats a lot of power through the front wheels

The kit is going onto my mate Keiths Mondeo 2.0 TDCi.

He's done some research and it appears to be ok for his application. Expecting to get around 30-50 bhp extra, so just enough to make a difference.

I've been roped in to help with the fitment (even though I havent got a clue what I'm expected to do with it all !)

Anyways, how hard can it be ???? - lol

I'll keep you updated as to how he gets on, as the same kit simply fits onto the Vectra Diesels the same way

    Well

I have looked into this.. whilst I was researching for my mate

But being as though I dont have 1 single penny to spend this year, its not an option unfortunately.

However, it is possible for me to get an extra 100 BHP out of the VXR on multi-point injection system, which dumps the Nitrous Oxide into each cylinder.

I could then control the percentage of NOS using a progressive controller and at what RPM it is delivered. Even program a map for each gear !!

This means that as my torque falls off at 4,000 RPM, the NOS is then delivered to boost BHP and maintain torque levels once my peak torque has dropped off. This should preserve the clutch and gearbox.

But I have no money... so thats that !

Well, you wouldnt need 400+ bhp in 1st or 2nd.. but in 3rd and 4th gear over 4,000 RPM, an extra 100 BHP would be welcomed

Just for Santa Pod or the Nurburgring ... as obviously, I wouldnt need 400 BHP at 4000 RPM in 3rd or 4th gear on the motorway cos that would be naughty and dangerous and... stuff
