Default Fitted my 345mm VXR brakes behind my 17's

Here they are behind my 17" Saab alu50 Alloys:

Theres about 5mm clearance. Had to pull off the balancing weights and get them rebalanced with the weights hidden on the inside of the rim, but it works well.

Nice one - am tempted myself with this mod - same sort of difference in size from std to finished. I've the 17" 7xtwin spoke alloys that some Police Vecs ride on - my wheels have flat stick-on outer weights on the inside of the wheel, lying flat but right up against the back of the spoked bit - inner weights are regular clip-on jobs.

What sort of weights did you have to remove on yours?

Have you changed the rear discs as well?
