will vxr estate fit 150 cdti estate?

anyone know if a vxr estate exhaust cat back fits a 150 sri cdti estate and works ok with no mods?

In theory it should fit under the car, as both use the same hangers as the bodyshells are the same, but it won't fit at the front end so will need a new down pipe making.

But what is the point? It is designed for a high power petrol, you may find that the 1.9 CDTi will be slower with this fitted due to the decreased back pressure.
