    Smile Insurance and Mods

I an thinking about replacing the springs on my Signum with shorter ones and lowering the car and had a question for those of you that have already done this.

How much differance in cost has this made to your car insurance? My insurance is nice and cheap and dont want to pay loads more.

There is only one way to establish how this will affect your insurance... call them.

Some companies have a zero tollerance policy and your insurance will be void with ANY modifications.

Others will allow certain things without any change to premium..

Others will charge you extra for them.

It all depends on the insurance company and your policy

Depends on who you are insured with , some insures will load you for body kit mods , alloy wheels , spoilers etc and other,s are only interested in performance enhancing mods.
