    Default Plastic mud guards

    Can i buy the fixing kit (screws/bolts ) from vauxhall? If so anybody got a part number or know how many i need and what i need etc... ?

    Why not use self tap screws? Cheaper and better!

    i also want this....i think screws look messy, i want the proper thing tbh

    I have fixed the one's on my B with self-tap screws, cant even see them!, probably coz its filthy most of the time!

    All you need are the speed clips (the ones where you knock in the pin in the centre) 3 each side for the front iirc.Thats what i used on mine.

    Anybody know if Vauxhall sell a fixing kit?

    I was getting this wrong. They are called mud flaps not mud guards (the rigid plastic wheel arch extensions that you can buy from Vauxhall and colour code as man.y on the site have done)

    Anywho.... I went to Vauxhall and asked about the fixing kit, eventually we where on the same wave length and talking about the same thing and he said "ohh yeah i know what you mean now......" (all hopes rise)......"but we don't sell the fixing kit on its own you need to buy the mud flaps too" good old Vauxhall comes to the rescue once again. I asked him what the kit is and he said it's only self tapping screws and spacers (large washers).

    Nemind....

    always the way m8...im gonna go the scrap yard and have a mooch as they use the same style fitting on a few things...if that fails then im just gonna have to use screws
