Hi mate, i have just put MTEC H3 spotlight bulbs in a couple of days ago. Put them on for the first time this morning on way to work on a country road and a massive difference from standard although was flashed twice, but have also got MTEC bulbs on dipped which has also made a big difference. Do you get a lot of fog around your way then?

I've been driving for 13 years and only seen visbility bad enough for fog lights once.... You realise it's illegal to use them when it's not foggy, don't you?

Plus having brighter lights in fog would make visibility worse, not better.

wouldn't it be better to put some fog lights in that are not as brightyou could leave them on all the time and probably woukdn't get pulled by police......put less brighter bulbs in fogs and it will look like the new mini lights
