Need a bit of help

Can any of you IT specialist out there help a novice. Want to add my details to the northwest register but not sure how to cut and paste as per AJA's original thread

Sorry for being a bit thick

Not thick at all, unless you use computers day in day out or have had some measure of training, things like this are rarely obvious. Fortunately this forum has plenty of helpfull 'gurus' about to assist, just don't be afraid to ask.
