Cd70 nav scroll wheel fault

Hi,

The scroll wheel on my 06 CD70 Nav is playing up, it works fine scrolling up and down through the menus but every now and again when i press the button in to select someting on the Nav or BC it will turn the radio station over like the up and down arrows on the right hand side of the steering wheel do.

I have had it in at the dealers twice now and they have updated the software for the screen etc but it still does it. The only problem is as always with an intermittent fault it never did it while i was at the dealers with it.

The guy who looked at it was on the ball he said he remembered a similar fault about a year ago but when he checked he couldnt find a reference for it, he has got in touch with VXL and is waiting for a reply from them about it.

Has anyone here experienced the same fault!!!!!!

IIRC this has been brought up on here a few times. Seems to be a common fault with some units. My old CD70 was fine but my CD30 used to do a similar thing. Didn't bother me as it was ripped out for a Pioneer unit not long after i bought it
