motor is running ok but there is a loss of pressure, maybe only working at about 75%.
anyone have any ideas what might be wrong.

Is the water getting to it ok? Kinks in the hosepipe etc?
some times, you will get a bit of dirt right at the end of the tip, where the water leaves the lance. its one of the hardest things to get to. so i always check that before any thing. 75% of the time it will be that
no kinks in hosepipe..
the same with all lances..
mine did same cleaned it out now top banana!

I think you could try a needle or somthing like that
no you will need to remove it, as if you push it back in it will just get pushed to the tip again
dont think its the lances as it does the same with both of my lances and also one i borrowed from my step father.
took lance off then cleaned it with a fine needle then soaked it in bath (mrs big tee not to happy)
