    Default How much have you spent on the veccy this year?

    just wondering what you lot have bought so far this year for your vectra c and the costs involved?
    me...... irmy mirror covers £80, new flick blade key £66, after market mudflaps £20, siggy sri fog covers £27, pollen filter £5. thats it so far, hope the wife doesnt see this thread

    This year being 2009...£0 so far... but (Off target..) last year being 2008...

    Around...
    £800 approx on the facelift...Car not me!
    £50 on KN filter
    £105 on a Tire
    £45 on Mud Flaps
    £90 on HIDs
    £11 on TC switch
    £300 on Full service etc
    £100 on Fault finding... ("No fault found sir")

    Spent a grand total of £0 so far this year but i have a feeling that by the end of this year its going to be up in the 1000s

    To date this year just over £100 for two new dampers
    As for last year i hate to even think about it
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

    So far this year just over £200 so happy so far. But know it will be upto £1500 by the end of the year.

    2009.... so far

    £95 HiD kit.
    £74 front spoiler
    £100 having spoiler and mud flaps colour coded.
    £100 insurance excess from hit and run
    £16 2 x osram night breakers for high beam
    £8 Vauxhall locking wheel nuts
    £50 second hand EGR valve

    Total so far £443

    However The car is pretty much how I want it now so no more major expenses..... hopefully

    If you ignore servicing and fuel - then £10 last year on heated washer jets....

    If you include servicing, then

    service one - £30, - oil and filter
    service 2 - £160, - cambelt kit, water pump, air filter, oil and filter, rear brake pads, brake fluid change,

    Do want a few other things, but just under three weeks till the missus drops, and I think I'll have even less money than I have now, when the nipper arrives
