    Default Know It Alls

So, theres this complete idiot I work with, a complete rat of a boy, one of those 'know-it-alls' who actually, of course, knows nothing whatsoever. Everything has to be a dispute, and he knows better, despite having been there a month and the rest of us for years! He takes every opportunity every five seconds to let us all know he drives a Focus 1.6 TDCi because apparently we care! Ohhhh you drive a diesel hatchback wheres your Knighthood? I guess your other car's a Ferrari. The final straw was today when he slagged off my vectra completely unacceptable! Its not as if he drives a Merc! He was sniggering away so I quietly pointed out that I'd leave him standing at the lights next time and walked away

So my question guys, whats the best way to deal with these rodents of the workplace and slap their attitude right down a peg or two?
    Suggestions gratefully received!

I would just ignor him, if he asks why you don,t take any notice of him, just say when you stop talking like a t0ser i will stop treating you like a t0ser.people like him do not like to be ignored, so perhaps he will start to respect you in future.

These people are great, whenever I come across one I usually try and back them into a corner with something that they reckon they know everything about, then tell them exactly why they're wrong and why you know better...

Extremely satisfying when you can do that to them... but it is kinda sinking to their level when you do that. Other times, I just ignore them... depends how much they're bugging me...

    the answer is
1 a small box of matches
    2 a small petrol can
3 a gallon of petrol in the can
    4 a alibi
and there you have it a simple answer to anyone who slags off your wheels
hope this will be of some help

Print this off and ask him if he has any of these known Focus TDCi problems:

    1) Persistant hessitation/stutter/misfire problems
    2) Intermittant starting problems that are hard to diagnose
    3) Faulty fuel indicators
    4) Immobilizer faults
    5) Stalling when turning on air con
    6) Faulty ECUs
    7) Front coil springs snapping
    8) Crank shaft failures
    9) Repeated headlamp bulb blowing

The list goes on and on...
