Default H7 HID's need an adaptor?

Hi people - ive seen a few topics around HID kits and i was wanting to get the standard H7 Hid's Direct kit 6000k - as i don't have the bulb warning system in my facelift SRI

Just wondering if you need any adaptop plates for the hid, or is it just plug into the headlamp like the normal H7 bulb?

basically , do i need to buy anything other than this kit from hID's direct, to fit to my car?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Jamie

Depends on what car you have. My facelift's lights just grip the side of the bulb, so they're just a push in job for HIDs. I believe pre-facelift need some sort of clip to be modified.

What's that got to do with the price of firelighters?

my facelift has bulb failure warning system, smash one of your bulbs and see, think you'll find it does have it fitted! Pull a bulb out and see mate, I could be wrong?

i don't think mine has that feature mate, as i replaced the bulbs the other night with the ignition on (to test your theory as such) and whilst the dipped H7 bulb was out, there was no warnings on the dash or nav display

    Cheers
