    Default 3.0 cdti sri lowering springs?

    hi,i have been looking for a set of lowering spring for my vec,however no one seens to list ones for a 3.0 cdti sri only a 3.2 are they the same ?

    i mean the same fitment will the 3.2 springs fit the 3.0

    3.2 ones are a different weight rating. 3.0 are stronger, KW do 40mm drop for the 3.0 and they work well with bilstiens,as i have this setup .

    i got a full set 3.0 cdti sri eibach spring's 30mm
    but only fitted the front ones

    I got the set from LMF Steve

    hi ian c, did you change the shocks or just the springs? also does anyone know if i need special shockers seen as i have the 05 v6 cdti, and it has the electronic stability thing fitted or can i use normal shocks? would like bilsteins. thanks tony

    ESP won't make any difference - it's only the IDS+ that has special clevertrickery dampers.

    Bilsten/Eibach is a great combination
