Wow! A new record.

While I was in France last week, I filled up with diesel and the range display showed 535 miles! I averaged just over 40mpg for the whole 750 mile trip.
That's the best I've ever done -I bet some of the 4-cylinder diesels have done better. What's your best?

On My Way Down To See Carl (to Do Rear Light Deal) I Filled Up As I Left On Way Down M6 Thought I Would See Wot Best Consumption I Could Get And Bu66er Me Managed To Get 66 Miles Per Gallon And A Range Of 755 Miles Having Already Covered 40 Miles At Average Speed Of 65 Mph On Mway I Did Take Some Fotos With Fone Will Try To Post I Dont Think This Is Too Bad 4 A 2.2dti With Only An Air Box Mod Must Admit Consumption Was Worse On Way Home As Average Speed Was Considerably Higher But Well Impressed None The Less

Best I've had yet was this Saturday just gone. Down to Chesterfield, Derbyshire and back for a Karate Competition. 49.2mpg. Well happy

From my 1.9cdti, average 44-45mpg on normal day to day pottering around. Get nearer 48 on a longer run, but not hanging around. Did have 54mpg at one point but that was at 56-60mph and I got fed up with that quite quickly!!

Well i'm chuffed at 20 - 24 mpg

at the minute its showing an ave of 16 mpg

i should just about get 220 miles out of this tank... woo hooo

I drove a full tank about 6 months ago (1.9 CDTi 150), driving like Miss Daisy for the whole time, with mixed driving I got 694 miles from this full tank. I don't know what that is is MPG, but it was very painfull the whole time!!!!!

But presently I am averaging 46.7mpg. I think I may have the highest mileage 1.9 on here at 41300 miles, but I have to say they get better with more miles!!!
