Knock Knock Knockin on heavens door

got a severe knocking tonight , so bad i'm sleeping in my truck in the yard.
think it might be the water pump (2.2 direct) could someone please post a piccy of this engine and mark where the water pump is for me please. greatly appreciated. not sure whether to get dealer to collect as i dont want to do any more damage. opinions greatly appreciated. cheers peoples

took the car in to dealers today and the problem is the bearings in the alternator are shot. so with the warrenty running out on the 30th of this month they are going to replace the alternator, tensioners and the belt, also they are going to do all the front bushes for me under warrenty to try and get rid of the periodic clonk from the steering.... good result me thinks. I always go back to same dealer, cant fault them....

If its due its first MOT then get in done while it is still under warranty then ifs theres anything wrong it will be fixed for free

its in now for the next week cos I work away and dont need it, they are doing all warrenty work this week and it was already booked in for service and Mot on 26th anyway. should get back a nearly new car me thinks.
