    Default Sun visors....

    would i be able to fit the posh light up sun visors in my pre facelift? or is it a messy ,add new power feed to them type of job?

    just done my roof loom today matey, took an hour all in and well worth it imo...

    (after i retro fitted the rear light in first time around and it went 7i7s up on a lamp change)

    you need to see if you have the loom or you could take a feed from the ciggy lighter, easy job either way.Or get a new loom as ditch says it's an easy enough job!

    i did mine on 1.8 ls and had the loom thier.
    you can retro fit them if you dont have the loom taking power from the light.
    its a bit of a pain to find the connectors in the roof lining as they are taped to it .but worth doing.
    if you do it get 2 of the sunvisor clips from vx only a couple quid as they are a pain to refit.

    was it a doo-doo ache tampering with the roof lining? had bad experiences b4 with the above my veccy b one got creased.

    no mate, just took my time after disconecting the battery to dis-charge the airbag's, all though saying that i did brake one of the clip's that hold's the front 'A' pillar trim on....

    I'm gonna have the full lot coming up for sale next week , roof loom , rain sensor , dimming mirror and illuminating sun visors , as far as price goes not sure yet , but watch this space
