    Default Tyre Puncture repair

Hi Guys, Just went out to the car to find ive got a rear drivers side flat...

(explains why i went side ways on the roundabout last night coming home from work)

Ok this tyre was reapired at bathwick Tyres in Plymouth just before xmas... it had 2 of those what i think are called vulcanised repair jobs.

Its where they drill out a bigger whole then wedge some rubber into the hole.

Well ive looked at my new flat and can find no obvious signs of damage etc... but did notice that one of the rubber stopper thingys is loose a lil bit.. im suspecting its this thats caused the flat...

Now the question is.... are these repairs guarentted or anything? My other half seems to think they are not... so before i go up to Bathwick... i wanna be armed with your knowledge
    Cheers

    Dan

I would think a call to them would be the best option. In reality, you have paid for something that hasn't lasted very long at all. Even if they can't 'fix' it, they should at least give you some money back, IMO

Hi Dan,i'd say if they find out its their repair at fault then you shouldn't have to pay,so take it back and see what they find, good luck.....
