Not impressive at all everything was already disconnected and when they threw in the other engine AND GEARBOX all they done was literaly throw it in without reconnecting anything.

Ha Ha, very good, but not that impressive.

My Dad once recounted a day from his youth, where he needed to change a synchro ring in his Mini gearbox, but he needed the car (his only transport at the time) for work and social activities, so it needed to be done in a day.

So he started early on a Saturday morning, car stripped, engine out, engine split, gearbox stripped, found offending item.

Trip to local dealers for part (on a Saturday!!), back, rebuild gearbox, rebuild engine, engine back in, reconnected and ready in time for the pub in the evening.

That's also without an engine hoist - engine was lifted out (and in) using rope, with him and his brother standing on the wings of the car!!

Those were the days - Mad fool.

    What a complete load of cr4p !
The engine was in the back and the front engine was a dummy !

Hate to say it guys, but to break a world record, it HAS to be verified, so it is a genuine clip

I was part of a team back in 1994 who broke a world record ladder climb for west midlands fire service, it was a nightmare to prove it was done correctly, with loads of adjudicators to make sure no cheating was going on

and Roy Castle was VERY against any form of cheating
