    Default tips on cleaning headlights help.....

    Just fitted new nightbreaker bulbs to my pre face lift look much whiter but noticed that the glass is very foggy . Any ideas how to clean these or are they all like this.thanks..

    Use Maguires Plastx. It is polish for just such a task.

    Do you mean the out side of the light as i mean the inside of the light unit were you have a small round glass lens for the main beem , Looks like that is foggy .

    or if you mean the glass is very scratched up ? then machine polish them same as you would with the body work

    I used some insulation tape and stuck a cloth to some stiff wire bent at the end (twin and earth) and used that with a bit of glass cleaner on it.

    Just been out in car and don't think much of the new nightbreakers abit whiter but don't look as if they light up the road any better.
    Is it me or are the lights on theys sh!t.
