One of the reasons we bought in Nuneaton. Still well within commuting distance to Brum [15 mls], we live in a very rural area way away from the town itself, [which is stacks nicer than Walsall IMHO] proper country pubs that sell dirty brown beer abound, and a 4yr old, 4 bed detached house with a half decent garden, a garage and parking for 3 cars off the road for less than £190K. [Prolly worth about £160-170 now!! :S ] Golf Course 1/2 mile up the road! Bargain!!!

[Psssttttt! My next door neighbour's gaff is up for sale if anyone is interested heheh! ]

The house sounds great, but Reedswood isnt too nice an area, if there is a list of "places to be" in the Midlands, or even in Walsall, Reedswood wouldn't be on it tbh.

Reedswood does seem to have got better over the past 10 years and by putting more houses in the area; it will create more developing in Walsall..

A lot of companies are moving from London to Birmigham, as it is easy to travel from and by putting house's near the M6; it will be easy access..

That is what happened in the redevelopment of Elephant and Castle is an ambitious programme of change that will culminate in one of the largest regeneration programmes ever seen in Europe...

I have a couple of friends that purchased in the Elephant and Castle area; about 12 years ago and they are really happy that they did...
