    Default Yet Another HID Thread...50W Hids-direct

    I'm looking at a new HID kit, my old 35W elchapo kit off Ebay popped a little while ago, and normal bulbs just don't cut it.

    So has anyone used the 50W kits off Hids-Direct? Was thinking the 6k kit again.

    And yes, I know they're technically illegal, but I can live with changing them out if required to.

    yup i got them, but still got problems with them..just waiting to see if the relays he is sending me will fix them..but a hell of a difference compared to 35w

    Xenons/hids should be self levelling with headlight washers built in

    I use www.HIDS4U.co.uk "Ultimate" kit - no problems whatsoever and they're plug 'n' play.

    Hmm...my original kit in my Mk4 was from GenuineAuto.

    That HIDS4U kit is a bit dear, I didn't pay that for my original HID kit back 4 years ago!
