niks, what year/model have you fitted them in - and any issues with warning lights or flickering/strobing??
if they've been faultless... why am i looking at spending a shed load more for a 'vectra c' kit??!
i've got them on a 2004 model i had them on the standard lights now i have fitted them with angel eyes, i have had no problems with them flickering etc been perfect. no warning lights etc the only problem is when the car is cold in the morning you just have to let the car warm up and on and off them a couple of times as the HID unit is cold.
a friend of mine bought them from HID direct and his have been a problem, the problems you mentioned such as flickering etc so i just told him to order them from china
just ordered some off ebay for £69.99 + £9.99 p+p digital 13mm thick ballasts with 3 years warranty will let you kmow if they are any good.
linky please... there's so many on ebay - mostly between 50 and 150 squids... interested in which ones work best with least hassle.
sound good spooney, zark just dont go payin over £100 for them cause there are same ones out there on the market for cheaper![]()
recieved them today and no good lads they are 35w which i ordered after looking for a match on HIDs4u it said get 35w but my bulbs that i removed are 55w should really have checked
What? HIDs are almost always 35W. Did you order 50W ones, or were you expecting them to match the 55W incandescent bulbs you took out?
dont really know much about them they just came on then went off with a little bit of flashing
