    Default Maf sensor

    Just wondering if it is possible to clean the maf sensor and best product to do it with if so.Plus how carefull should I be.

    Don't know the best stuff to use mate... but if you do clean it....

    Isopropyl Alcohol (Isopropanol) - you can get it from chemists or a spray can from Maplin. Carefully spray it from a distance or soak it in some that you've sprayed/put in a jar etc. and let it sit for a bit. Take out and give it gentle waving in the air to evaporate off all the excess.

    id use carb cleaner or similar then blow it out but would only do it if it playing up if not leave it alone could cost you a fortune if not

    Yep, you just disconnect the plug and loosen the jubilee clips clamping the section of pipe that comes from the air filter into the section carrying the MAF and remove.
