As above, the difference in the overall circumference as you go to larger wheels with lower profile tyres is only a few %, so no real need to get the speedo adjusted, but it can be done easily through Tech 2 or Vaux-COM.
On my 18s it changed from over-reading by a couple of mph to 3-4 mph (compared to GPS), so not a big difference. I keep meaning to plug in my Vaux-COM and adjust the wheel circumference setting once I've calculated what it is.
I know you didn't ask the question as such, but the other difference you'll going from 16" to 19" is a noticeably firmer/harsher ride.
