Default Woohoo - car is back from stealers

Finally our vectra is sorted, problems with the immobiliser, then a new cim and a new key, then needing a new bcm (to many abbreviatons...)

It finally works now and we have it back, in total it's cost £681.38. . .

Have a new flip key which is way cooler than the old fob thingy

Health check states the steering light is a faulty pas rack oil temp sensor fault which can get sorted whenever.

One thing though, the steering wheel has pointed left a bit and the car has pulled right, on the health check it says the n/s/f coil spring is broken. On the invoice it states *********ADVISED NOT TO DRIVE***********

We had our 5 month old with us and at no point did they advise me not to drive the car... Is there anything i can do about it? I think it's appaling they didn't even mention it. I only noticed this on the invoice after we drove quite a few miles before finally getting home and going through it properly.

Also while i was there, a lad was in, mid 20's getting his car health checked and some warranty stuff done.

The lass behind the counter read out the healthcheck and said you need you're air filter changing as it's really dirty.

The lad replied "air filter? it can't be, i only put a new one in 2 days ago" She went into service, came back and said - oh they just assumed it needed cleaning as the other filters were dirty....

Need both front springs replaced by the sounds of it. I would also have a go at the stealer for letting you drive off, maybe get a discount from them when they do the springs!
