How do i remove oe front splitter

As some of you might know I have bought a VXR front splitter off Swainey which did not come with instructions so I need a little help on a few things.
How do in remove the original small black splitter as found on a Facelift SRI.
Are there any DO's or DONT's on fitting the VXR splitter. I have bought some spoiler adhesive which is the same type as used on my rear spoilers and I have painted it ready to fit.
As said above I have no instructions so all comments are very much appreciated.

iirc then the lower rubber type jobbie is just clipped in and also held with a few little push type rivet's.......just look under the front of the car as it is 2 pieces, joining in the midle so there will be a rivit there for starter's

as for fitting, plenty of stuff on the spoiler and use masking tape to hold it in place while it goes off

i made an edit to my first post matey, i did matt's irmy one and it was a pain in the ar53 to say the least....

try it first (dry run) and use a bit of tape in various places to give you a marker point of the hight, apply the bonding to the splitter and get someone to give you a hand in placing it on the bumper.....then tape down firmly and clean any smudges asap....should take a few hours to go off in a warm room....

I noticed that there are are drill holes in the parts that wrap round into the wheel arch area which I suppose will take the lower wheel arch liner screws, if you know what I mean
