    Unfortunatly i'd do nothing.

You could tell the supermarket that you've been hit in their car park and ask to see the timestamped film to see if you can see the car that hit you and grab their registration number. Then you could call the police and report a hit and run.

If no joy then i suggest not going through insurance as it'll affect your premium and NCD.

Doesn't look too bad so go somewhere like chips away or autosmart to get it fixed. If the bumper isn't cracked then you should get away with not needing a new one

Yep, but if you drive off... You drive off with ...

    1. Your No Claims
    2. Your Money still in your wallet

Its the harsh reality these days...

    Gutted or what!!

I would defninately approach the supermarket and ask if they can look through their CCTV footage and pick the offinding car from that and then see what the Police say!

Mines another vote for asking for cctv footage. What a barsteward! Am I right in saying that there is some kind of organisation that pays up for victims of either the uninsured or things like this?

DONT CLAIM! Your insurance will triple next year and you'll loose your no claims, unless you have no claims protection?! Just get a quote to repair it...and get it done yourself...

You don't claim on your excess, you claim on your insurance, the excess means you pay the first £150 of any sum required to complete the work, plus you may lose any no claims bonus you may have accrued if it is not protected.

If you can get it fixed somewhere cheaper that £150 then don't bother the insurance company
