Currys Discount....?

Evening everybodypeeps...does anyone have a discount code to use on the Currys website? I'm looking to buy the 42" Panasonic Viera plasma, and a few pounds off wouldn't go amiss. Ta.

Which specific model? Given your location, have you tried AJ Electronics in Edgware Road? Got my Panasonic 37" there and the prices are pretty good - certainly better than Currys etc.

deffo try the net fella... they are always cheaper than these big chains.. try places like dabs direct, amazon etc.. just google the model number and do a little digging around..

TH-42PX80B. Currys had it for £500 a couple of weeks ago, which no one could get near, they must have realised that, as it then went up to £600, now it's £550, which is still cheaper than anyone I'd consider buying from.

I bought my camcorder on Boxing day that Curry's had reduced to £135 I had reserved it online and went to pick it up, they were shocked as it should have been reduced to £229 but honoured the sale anyway

It went straight back up the next day

ED had it for £499 with 5yrs warranty over xmas..currys is a good price but only has a years warranty & their service is shocking imo. If you are buying now go to Richer sounds & get 5 yrs warranty for 10% of the purchase price, so it will be around £600 all in

Also don't forget John Lewis as they will price match a whole lot of places and had 5 year warranties on TV - think that still is the case.

But they get around the price promise by not selling the popular models, hence they haven't got the one I'm after.
