I think Vec B wheels are 4 stud, Vec C wheels are 5 stud. So if I'm correct about Vec B then that'll be err..No

some Vectra Bs are five stud , for example the Sri model and Gsi . They will fit , but you will have to fit 215 45 17 tyres . I know this as a friend of mine has done this mod.

I'm sure I've seen an estate somewhere using Sri Alloys, I just can't remember where. As the missus would say, It's a Silvery Blue one....

i sold my old sri alloys to a B owner who kept the orignal tyres too. They were the right profile but they still went on ok.

I have a Facelift Vectra B and i have Vectra C SRI wheels on my car with 215/45/17..You need 215/45/17 tyres to fit the wheels in vectra b...when i got the wheels 2 tyres [back ones] were 215/50/17 and over the bumps the car was touching...so i had to change them to 45's
But now i want to change the wheels...i want some vectra c 19's in my car lol

Here is a pic of my car
