    Default Driver side door switch.

    Hello,

I'm trying to retrofit rear electric windows (vectra 2004). First made sure the pins were there then took of the door cards behind off. Replaced the looms, attached the motors and switches. Replaced the drivers switch (so it has front and rear control). Went to the garage for tech2. Now the rear windows going up and down from the switches behind. But when i want to operate the rear windows from the front control, no matter what position the middle switch is, only the front windows going up and down. Also the knob to lock the rear windows doesn't work. So it looks like the Tech2 isn't correctly done and they told me it can't be done. Does someone knows what the garage is missing during programming? Now i paid 100 Euro (labor) for something that's, in my opinion, isn't done properly.

    Thanks

Thanks, wil do that and let know the outcome of it. Do you happen to know wich menu they have to go. They looked at the DDM, PDM and BCM.

Anyone else? Could it be the front door loom? If that's the case, i'm also thinking about folding dimming mirrors, so the loom should be replaced then anyway (i think). Does someone know what partnumbers i should use (It's an Opel 04-2004 with the steering wheel on the left)? Any help is much preciated.

    *UPDATE*
Just checked what will happen if i open/close the windows with my car key. Surprisingly all windows open and all windows close. So i now think they definitely missed a setting. Correct me if i'm wrong.

I also found this on the forum HERE:

If all the windows are now opening off the key, then it definitely sounds like they haven't programmed the new drivers switch module in fully. In reply to your earlier question I'm pretty sure it's DDM and possibly PDM that are involved. Don't think BCM is part of the programming. I'd ned to dig my kit out to see if the windows are linked at all to the BCM but I don't think they are.

Did you find your kit? I'm curious, cause i think i also saw him (the mechanic) programming the bcm. Let's hope it's not the two wires that are missing.
