just sat outside cph and they have unsecured wifi, problem is they block all sites bar their own, they didnt think about me sitting here logging on to my pc using their wifi and using my pc to access tinterweb, lol

Next time i'm passing a CPW i'll check on my phone to see if they have a wireless network! I suppose its free advertising if people do be cheeky and try and borrow some bandwidth!

yeah, i think its more so you can try their wifi phones instore , they only unlock their site, google and bbc.co.uk, they dont block ip's though so im just routing through my desktop lol, might take all there bandwidth and sart watching HD movies iver tinterweb, pmsl

Not illegal if its there to be used! I'll admit its a bit dodgy using remote desktop as it probably means the numpty who set up the firewall didn't block all the ports.
If they've purposely made the http available and direct it to there website then there just being clever and i doubt they would prosicute a customer surfing there own website! I might be cheeky and call into local CPW and ask if they were aware they had a unsecure wifi.

this is in loughborough lol, only doing it cos the bloke in there wasnt helpfull when i wanted to buy a mobile bb dongle he'd much rather talk to his mate than serve me lol. now who laughing

It is definately illegal. No if's, no but's. Its illegal.

Its THEFT!! unless you have their permission to use it.

There has already been quite a lot of case's in papers where the courts came down hard on net thieves doing this.
