1995 - Car hit while parked, driver reversed into it at speed
1999 - Grazed car at junction, car was at junction for ages, saw it on approach and thought it had gone onto motorway but it hadn't.
2007 - Written off by DD who ran a light
I consider myself a good driver, but my flaw is I drive as if everyone else is as well, this caught me out a few times in the above list, I don't expect ppl to anchor on when a crossing is clear and they are on top of it, I also don't expect ppl to sit on the entrance of a motorway and have a chat, the only ones I was really imo to blame for are the kurb one cos I was going to fast and although I missed the car the curve of the road claimed me resulting in a bent wishbone, the hedge one was at 5mph up my mum's and tbh I was going out and didn't expect anything to be parked there as I was checking my hair in the mirror, the braking one was the car, it just veered to the other side of the road and I had the choice to hit the oncoming or the post, today I would know how to drive out of it, but back then FWD was newish and I reacted in a RWD fashion
driving 24 years and had 1 accident 7 days after i passed my test
