Default Changed my Speedo clocks this morning

I had my chromed ring speedo clocks delivered today and was all set to pull the rings off and glue them on to mine when i realised my replacement clocks had more features... like extra display to show which door is open

Turns out it does not need Tech2'ing so iv put it in

Shows 150,000 miles but ill get that re-set to my old milage of 25K

    Looks 100 times better

Looks good mate. Is that a facelift you have? They are the pre-facelift clocks are they now? As long as they do the job! Well done!

Looks good. My Signum is pre-facelift, but the clocks don't look like those they look like facelift ones.

Is that because the Signum, had different clocks from the beginning or is it that my Signum is in that limbo period (54-05 plates) where it has full canbus, ie CD70 and newer steering wheel, but old dash and pre-facelift front?

They can be done with a special bit of kit you can buy, think the Vx setup is approx £700 kit. People that do mileage correction charge about £100 i think.

Also the clocks will work without tech2'ing but upon a fault code read it will flag up an 'wrong enviroment identifier' code due to the chassis number not matching, but its nothing to worry about.
