    Default Is this right....?

I know there are loads of threads about the caterman tuning boxes but can someone please just confirm for me that this one is a good one before I buy it as there are so many different ones on ebay.

In the listing it says 'The Item proofed the Temperature from the Engine, before it gives the New Power to it.'

So does this mean its kinder to the engine, as its pretty hard to remap the 2.2 dti this may be an option for me, concerned that they may ****** my engine though lol

The "others" need 'wiring in' and are also very expensive by all accounts.

Look on the positive side. All the other bits attached to your engine will be breathing a sigh of relief, not to mention the engine itself.

I have that tuning box (or one very like it) for my 1.9 cdti ....from the same peeps i think too.

I took it off last week to take the Vec in for its first 20,000 mile service.

I actually noticed the difference....did not think I would but pulling off was noticiably slower.....hmmm time to put it back on....I am just seeing what fuel econemy is like with it off first....so I can compare.
