took mother in law to east midlands airport today
filled up at airport with bp ultimate,computer said i had 640 miles range
drove 60 miles home down motorway and had 710 miles left in tank
how goods that free diesel
goes a bit faster too.

I assume its calculated if you maintain that exact driving style until the tank was empty but once you get back on the A and B roads it will drop back down
it's cause you get a better mpg on the motorway than b road driving mine does that too lol.

Yep, it looks good for M-way driving but i have seen this before, once you hit a few slow moving motors & boot it passed them, it will soon tail off!!
My mums golf does that on supermarket fuel at 70-80 mph so I wouldn't have thought that was all that much better. The range is based on the last few miles of motoring. Cruising on the motorway is the most eco friendly way. See what happens driving through town. Give it a few tank fulls to see any real results. Still very good
