Facelift fogs - alignment

Is there any way to adjust the vertical alignment of these ?

One of mine points down far too much - all I can see is the left / right adjuster ? .............. so short of shimming it at the screws

Theres a hole in the plastic surround i think this is for access to the adjusting screw. I can't remember if it's a screw or an allen key or a torx you'll need but that's what the hole is in the plastic surround fot.
