    Default Washer pump removal....

Is it a bumper off job? Still having problems with the washer jets seen more power in a dripping tap, jets have been cleaned, blown out.

Yep wheel off, liner can just be pulled forward, get the little pump off and clean all the 'jellyfied gunk' off the little filter on the pump.
