No way on earth is that a genuine copy for £36 when the genuine package costs over £500! So it's going to come with no official support - therefore no upgrades.

I imagine that ebay item will be the v1.18 with 080114 software , the proper vaux com runs on v1.20 and software will be late 2008 not January 2008. If you ask these questions of revisions it will prove to be the unsupported version. HTH

I would be careful with these, I purchased 1 a while ago to code in a new key but it wouldn't complete the coding, others also bought them but I don't know if they had any luck, the trouble code reading seamed to work ok. I have since aquired the full Vaux com setup and that coded the keys with no problems using the same procedure.
