tech 2

hi all was just woundering through tech 2 can any goodies or changes be made to a 57 2.2 direct sri ! like the locking when upto 5 mph etc things along those lines i know that isnt a tech 2 thingy but just along them lines.
Also k and n due soon ie in the morning does the baffle have to come out of the air box and should it feel any different

You dont have to tech 2 the car locking up when u drive off ?

Here is how to activate it

*Please note this MAY not work on all Vectra-Cs*


To have all the doors auto-lock when you pull away.

1, Sit in the driver’s seat with the doors shut and keys in hand.

2, Press and hold the LOCK button on your remote key + simultaneously pressing the door lock button on your drivers door.

3' Keep pressing for around 10 seconds until your a faint SINGLE beep.

4, Test for activation…….. drive off !!


*To reverse either of these procedures do exactly the same as above but wait for TWO faint beeps*
To unlock all doors and boot with one press of remote key.


1, Sit in the driver’s seat with the doors shut and keys in hand.

2, Press and hold the UNLOCK button on your remote key + simultaneously pressing the door lock button on your drivers door.

3' Keep pressing for around 10 seconds until your a faint SINGLE beep.

4, Test for activation

i think knows that doesnt require tech2 to do, he's wondering what stuff 'like' that but does need tech2 to do, like the onboard computer and stuff.
