    Default Centre rear headrest fitted

Finally got round to fitting the centre rear headrest after it was so kindly donated by the Vectra at Harry's!

Had to cut off about 2 inches from each stem as they hit the centre arm rest frame when fitted.

Then i thought, is it really worth me buying the proper plastic stem holders when 1) Your not going to see them under the headrest, 2) If you have them raised they look cack, and 3) If you do have them raised, especially the centre one, it impares your rear vision in the mirror.

So i set about loosening the fabric from around the top, removed the 2 plastic blanking plugs which go down into the seat about an inch and a half anyway, drilled the correct size holes in the plugs, made a small cut in the fabric, pushed the plugs in, (a nice tight fit too), refitted the fabric to the frame and fitted the headrest.

    Job done and well impressed!

Oh, and finally fitted my second club sticker to the front screen too. Got one at the top of the rear screen but was never sure where to fit this one.

I find that passengers in the back seats also obscure the rear vision so try to avoid them at all costs .

Or only carry small people in the back so the head rests don't have to be lifted up.
