    i just debadged the back of the car,and the chrome strip along the boot has really fine scratches on it where the badges used to be due to me being rough handed i think.has anyone had this problem aswell,if you have what can i do to get rid of them,a thought maybe a good buff n polish but not sure,any help would be great thanks.

    I used brasso, seemed to get some if not most of it out. Worth a try.

    hod you apply it on,jis the same as a t-cut,put it onleave n buff it off.thanks,al give it a try if a can find some

    exactly that mate, put it on with a cloth and rub it on, leave for a while and rub off. Might do it, depends how deep the scratches are. You could just paint it, hopefully going to do mine soon.

    My rear chrome strip had wax stains (or similar) all along it and NOTHING would remove them.

    In the end I took the strip off and used 1200 wet & dry and now have a satin/matt look strip - looks cool.

    paint it chrome again or color coded...here aswell,when I took the griffin off its left the sticky back on,still in the process of gettin it off,but how does a griffin painted black sound,ma vec's black aswell but wen a seen it at an angle when the light shown on it,it looked pretty decent just an idea.
