    Default Question about colour coding

Going to get the Irmscher copy front splitter for my pre-facelift signum and spray it.

I currently have the black plastic/rubbery type side skirts and rear lip. What I wanted to know is, is it worth my while to get the rear lip & side skirts colour coded at the same time? Or would it be cheaper to buy colour coded ones? (Is it actually possible to colour code them without it looking sh*t?)

Also, what would I expect to pay for a decent job?

    Cheers guys

It would be well worth while getting the rear lip & side skirts colour coded! (was one of my first Mods)Would look much better and would definatly save you cash over buying new colour coded parts. Getting the ones you have on your car painted will look just as good as the one you can buy pre-painted.

Not sure what a sprayer would charge as I do all my own painting but I bet it will be cheeper than buying them painted from the steelers.

I painted side skirts and rear lower skirt before changing them to Irmscher and i was quite happy with them ..takes quite a bit of sanding down as both parts have like an orange peel affect finish I'm sure i have b4 and after pics somewhere

Pics would be great to see if you can find them

Do you know if a bodyshop would sand them first or just paint them as they were? Wanting the best finish as possible

You could also buy the facelift rear skirt which comes primed for colour coding. I added it to my pre-face....
