    Default help needed

    hi boys looking for a bit of help if possible i have just fitted a pair of white led side light bulbs on the vectra 2.2 im now getting a bulb warning light on the dash and brake light warning on the sceen ive checked over the car and all lights are working fine ???? any ideas on how to remove the warning light and on screen message any help gratefull thanks

    Vectra's dont like the LED's.... your lucky to get them working, mine wouldnt even light up... i dont know how to clear the bulb warning light

    Pretty sure it is to do with the fact that LED's are a no no, as the Vectra has a bulb warning system which involves sending a voltage to all the bulbs at regular intervals to make sure they are working, if the voltage is not returned the car thinks the bulb has blown. An LED I believe is insufficient in it's power requirements to satisfy the bulb warning system.

    Not sure why the brake warning light is on, could just be a loose connection into the cluster

    Just take them out mate, you won't get round the problem. Plenty of threads on here on the subject.

    I bought a set of Philips 501 BlueVision sidelights car bulbs blue vision from ebay, there pretty good
