    Default car cleaning stages..

ok, would consider myself a novice in the world of car cleaning but after a bit of info/advice..

usually use the pressure washer to get all the road grime and muck off then go on to washing...use megs nxt wash and 2 bucket method...clean paintwork every 3 months or so with clay...now this is the bit i need advice on...
usually 'polish' with AG super resin polish, then a coat of megs nxt tech wax on top to bring out the deeper shine..do I then need to use a wax on top of this or will the nxt stuff suffice?...just doesnt seem to beed as long as I would of thought it should
looking at getting my swirls sorted thanks to johnny from clean and shiny but obviously when this is done, I want to keep the best finish as possible..

inital look at your method and it looks just as it should. The only thing to do now is try some of the more exotic polishes and waxes and see what you get.

Getting the swirls out (is someone doing this for you?) will make the biggest difference you wouldnt believe. If you think its shiny now, wait till then.

Try swapping the AG for meguairs hand polish #80, then stick a coat of #21 synthetic sealant on followed by a good wax, like P21s, Poorboys Nattys Blue, or (BLR's favourite )#16 mirror glaze. If that doesnt suit, just keep tryiong different things but be warned, looking for the perfect shine is like searching for the holy grail.
