    Default Facelift Hid

I'm sure this has been asked before but i can't find it. Fitting aftermarket hids to a facelift i take it it's the same basics but we have a hard plastic cover instead of a soft rubber one, So basically can someone who has done it tell me how to overcome this little problem. Thanks in advance

You need (I think) a 25mm hole cutter. Thats what I needed to put the hole in the plastic cap.

I see so you just find a flat space on the cover and just drill a 25mm hole to pass the wires through. Thanks for that any recommendations on which kit to buy and do we all think 6000k is the right choice?

Got mine on Ebay, from Hids-Direct. (They also have a website) It was £89.99 with postage and came next day. It came with all the bits and pieces, ballasts, fault cancellers etc. I went for the 6k bulbs, but thinking I should of gone for the 4.3k now.

Yep, they are more white and produce more light, although the 6k are good too... but I bought them to improve the beam and ended up getting side-tracked by the looks... damit!
