Wii for Xmas

Mother bought me a Wii for Xmas, not to sure why, i'm 33! TBH I recon its for me and the family, my daughter is nearly 4 so I suppose its for us all. Was going to get a PS3 this year, but its going to be hard to justify one now to her indoors LOL. So what grown up games are out there for the Nintendo? I'm into things like Driving games and Ghost Recon type of things. Also can you play online, are there any extra charges?

My better half loves the Wii fit and I don't mind Mario kart.

We got a wii and it is used mainly when we've got a house full having a few drinks. More than a games station such as the PS3. But otherwise it's great fun, and very competative!

well santa bought one for my kids, and tbh I think the graphics are ok..
regarding games you I know can get COD & Pro evo, bond etc on that platform, for driving you have to get mario kart (although its not a "serious" driving experience!) ghost squad is also good (although again, this is on "rails" so its point & shoot) shaun white is worth considering, but perhaps as some have mentioned its more of a "fun" console..

bought the boy ps3 last year despite lots of pleas for the wii.... best thing i ever done as i got him the wii this year and hes bored with it allready never mind apple and orange next year lol
