Default Upgrading Speakers Advice (Pics of Sub)

    Hi All, Merry Christmas

Im looking to upgrade my speakers and install a sub but wanting to keep my original HU (CD70). I understand I need an RCA converter but not sure about anything else.

I also need to know which speakers are the best to replace and some suggestions for the replacements. ie kenwood/sony/alpine and what sizes.

I already have the following sub (hopefully it can be used)..

Vibe (Series 3) Active Sub (Pics Below) has crossover and stuff..

here is a list of items you will need to add sub to your stadard head unit

    1 x amp wireing kit ( max £15 )
    1 x high level speaker to rca converter ( max £12 )

you cant take the sound feed from the back of your stereo for the rca converter, you need to take the sound feed direct from the wiring loom in each rear door by removing the rear speakers and splitting the signal to the rca converter you buy.

    hope this helps

    before I changed my HU
I took my sound feed from the speaker wire directly behind the stereo and it was ok
